Internet Is Freedom
It's Sunday afternoon, I'm stuck home with my PhD thesis trying to find inspiration for chapter 5 and I stumbled on the speech of professor Lawrence Lessig (Stanford University), guest speaker at the italian Chamber of Deputies.
Lessing was invited to hold a talk after the nomination of the Internet for the Peace Nobel Prize 2010. The speech turned out to be a pretty good lecture about the relevance of Internet in current times and the consequences on the future. All words that a savvy politician should better treasure.
The talk was held two weeks ago (March 2nd) and it is well worth the 36 minutes it lasts.
